The Israeli Prime Minister has reportedly expressed a desire to meet former US President Donald Trump during his visit to the United States next week. According to Israel’s Kan public broadcaster, Netanyahu wants to meet Trump, or at least to speak to the Republican presidential contender on the phone. This comes after US President Joe Biden tested positive for COVID-19 and has been recovering in quarantine. Netanyahu will also meet US Vice President Kamala Harris.
