As a lead developer, you’ll:

• Collaborate closely with managers and clients, transforming business requirements into technical specifications for our top-
notch development team.
• Strategize, design, and meticulously document technical specs for features and system architecture.
• Construct and configure applications that meet our business needs and exceed expectations.
• Guide the development team in crafting, coding, testing, and debugging applications.
• Craft testable, scalable, and efficient code while spearheading code reviews.
• Mentor and ensure team members adhere to our meticulously defined software quality standards.

Who You Are:

– A minimum of 8 years’ rock-solid experience as a commercial software engineer/developer.
Expertise in the following areas:
• C# / .NET Web Applications
• Design and Architectural Patterns
• SQL Databases
• HTML/JavaScript/CSS
• Single Page Frontend Libraries/Frameworks (preferably React)
• Project and Task Management Software
• CI/CD
• A proven track record leading, managing, and mentoring developer teams for at least 6 years.
• Masterful command of written and oral English communication.
• Stellar problem-solving skills, fueled by extraordinary aptitude and reasoning.
• Influential prowess to navigate complex conflicts and secure resolutions.
• Ability to frame ideas, offer perspectives, and outline potential outcomes to stakeholders.
• Availability during Australian Times (8:45 – 18:00 AEST) and adherence to Australian public holidays.
• Australia location only
