They should demonstrate a commitment to writing clean, modular, and reusable code.
• Problem-solving Skills: The ability to analyze complex problems, propose effective solutions, and implement them efficiently is essential. I look for candidates who can demonstrate their problem-solving skills through past projects or technical challenges.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication is vital for a senior-level role, as they may need to collaborate with other team members, communicate with stakeholders, and mentor junior developers.
