We are a solo-funded startup developing a SaaS platform for digital teams that streamlines collaboration and productivity. Our platform aims to offer features and a seamless, visually appealing, and accessible user experience to enhance collaboration and productivity.

Ideally, we are looking for two designers: one Sr. Designer and one Jr Designer.

As a Sr. UI/UX Designer, you will engage in initial meetings with the founders to understand project goals and unique aspects, uncover insights to shape the creative direction and conduct industry research to inform design strategies. You’ll participate in brainstorming sessions to develop and refine unique concepts, create wireframes, mockups, and hi-fi designs, and ensure designs are accessible and visually appealing. Additionally, you will incorporate feedback from founders to refine and improve designs, ensuring the final output meets the highest standards of quality and usability. You will also have the ability to leverage a Junior Designer to support various design tasks and contribute to the overall project success. We are open to staffing your own Junior Designer.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
2. Must have prior experience in SaaS product design.
3. Excellent research and analytical skills.
4. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma & related tools for design assets.
5. Strong understanding of accessibility standards, color composition, UI design principles, trends, and best practices.
6. Fluent or acceptable communication in English and team collaboration skills.
7. Ability to navigate in a rapid pace industry & project.

Hourly Range: $10.00-$15.00
