I am looking for someone to develop a software program that can do the following:

1) I own points at Marriott Vacation Club (MVC) which is a hotel website.  I would like the software to be  able to check what is available to book on a regular basis and do the booking as well
2) The software should be able to go to the MVC website, search availability, click through further search results, and then book if it meets a certain criteria that we set (for example, it should be a minimum of 3 nights and it should be a studio size unit and within a certain range of dates that we specify)
3) It should be able to do this as frequently as every 15 minutes

I am happy to show you the website and how it works as I think this will be a simple software to develop that scans and books.
