All these point related to website fornt end,HTML page ,uploaded document,Image ,video and etc.

You should have strong knolwge of HTML
You should have some basis knowlege of accessabilty

Devloper need to setup this tool on server and ,It should be able to do multiple scan.
Need to devlope free and paid user as per avaiable pricing and we will intergrate any CMS like wordpress and etc for website with this tool

Free user able to scan only one page with one IP address or as per pricing,Paid User able to do scan as per pricing.
Need to give support at least six month on extra agreed price

Lots of opensouce tool availabe which we can use which is best fit for our need
