I need an experienced WordPress plugin developer with a proven portfolio of successful work.

The job:
– Allow guests to submit a job request (for free) from frontend
– Subscribers receive notification of new job
– Subscribers can login and see a dashboard with all jobs to pick and choose which to quote for
– Subscribers can quote for the job (may be varying subscription levels for how many quotes they can submit)
– The guest can choose which quote to approve
– Once the quote is approved by the guest, the subscriber will then see the guest’s contact details and be allowed to contact the guest
– The job will also close once the quote is approved
– The job can be reopened if something goes wrong

Hourly Range: $15.00-$27.00
