I need a feature implemented for persistent file processing between browser refreshes (not using local storage).

For example, consider a YouTube content creator uploading a video. The video uploads and is processed in the background. This processing continues even if the user navigates to another page, watches a video, or signs out of YouTube.

I guess this processing is being uploaded via chunks, multiple post requests to indicate the status of the file, to signal if its complete, or still in progress.

I want to achieve a similar result, but instead of videos, we need to process a list of email addresses.

We woul possibly need bullmq to handle background jobs for handling the processing part of it. The processing will be the email validating functionality.  I do have some initial code to headstart this functionality.

I am looking for someone with strong experience in Node.js, React, BullMQ, and Next.js App Router.
