Overview
We aim to create a user-friendly, embeddable tool for real estate agents that allows homeowners to estimate the value of their property. This tool will provide a preliminary home valuation based on the inputted address and a few additional details.

Somre responsibilities:
– Develop a clean and intuitive user interface for the valuation tool.
– Implement a Google Maps API integration for address input and property visualization.
– Create a dynamic questionnaire flow to gather relevant property details.
– Integrate with a third-party API to fetch and display property valuations.
– Ensure the tool is responsive and functions seamlessly across different devices and browsers.
– Thoroughly test the tool for accuracy and usability.

      
Key Features and Functionality:
– Address Input Field: Captures the property address and uses Google Maps API for auto-suggestions and displaying the property location.
– Questionnaire: A series of questions to gather additional information about the property.
– Valuation: Uses the AttomData API to generate a property valuation based on the address and questionnaire responses.
– Lead Capture: Captures user information (name, email, phone) and sends it to the real estate agent.
– Customization: Real estate agents can customize the tool’s appearance (header text, button text, button color).
– Tracking: Tracks user engagement and collects data with user consent.
– Notifications: Real estate agents receive notifications when a potential client interacts with the tool.

– Database and Server: Stores client data and manages tool interactions.

User Scenarios:
– Real Estate Agent: Receives leads, customizes the tool, and tracks client interactions.

The end goal:
– Provide real estate agents with a user friendly embed for their websites that their clients can use to get an estimate of the value of their property.
– Create an embed that has an href link + anchor text that links back to our website to generate some backlinks.
– Whenever a user submits their information on the embed, we can capture that information and store it on a separate server.
