We need to build a simple Laravel web app portal that will allow a user to upload and parse various files. At this time we need to start with the ability to upload XLSX or CSV files that are exported from QuickBooks Desktop edition reports. When a file is uploaded we need to be able to parse it to extract the following information and add into the database:

-Vendor
-Client
-Date
-Invoice Number
-Payment Reference Number
-Payment Details
-Payment Amount

We would also then need to generate a list of the uploaded items sorted by vendor:

-Client
-Date
-Invoice Number
-Payment Reference Number
-Payment Details
-Payment Amount

Will send an example of the QuickBooks XLSX/CSV export file to qualified applicants. Real files will contain many more rows but the format will be the same.

Our timeframe is 2-3 weeks to get the basic portal up and have the basic file upload/parse up and running. Once this is done we will look at the next steps for additional development work (e.g. more pages, reports, etc).

Example files will be provided to prospective vendors/developers who are best qualified.

Hourly Range: $16.00-$25.00
