I want to buy an app to shuffle my WAV music files. I listen to WAV files from 32gb USB sticks, in portable speakers (which do not offer a "shuffle" function). MP3 shuffle is available, but not WAV. Software that syncs WAV files from desktop to USB (Windows Media Player Legacy) forces the files to be sorted by artist, and therefore to play in that order. So… this is a situation where neither the existing software nor the hardware can accomplish the desired result. I hope for a lightweight, simple Windows desktop app that will look at WAV files on a USB stick, allow the titles to be shuffled, and then actually re-write the files to USB in that desired play order. I hope for a Quick Shuffle button which could be repeatedly activated until the user gets a result they like. A drag-and-drop method of reordering the files is acceptable. Ideally, both methods would be available (Quick Shuffle, then drag-n-drop to fine tune the results). Rather extensive research has shown me that I am not the only person who wants/needs such an app, which could potentially be marketed. Party planners, in particular, have complained about the difficulty of setting up playlists in a specific order. I just want to buy a copy of "USB Playlist Shuffler" for my own use. Can you make that happen? I value your professional perspective and welcome your questions, suggestions and advice.
