About Our Company
We are a growing e-commerce company with several years of experience – Currently, we are launching a new department focused on app development and are already working on our first application – We’re looking for a developer to create our app to the highest standards – The app will be available on the web and in marketplaces like the Shopify App Store – WooCommerce App Store – and others – Our goal is to reach over 12,000 users in the first year.

Main Tasks

-Review specification documents – provide questions and comments.

-Perform R&D and identify the best technical solutions.

-Participate in daily calls with the management team to provide demos – progress updates – and address questions.

-Provide accurate time estimations and task scoping.

-Handle backend – frontend – database QA – and DevOps.

-Address user-reported bugs once the app is live
Build new features based on management team requirements.

-Train and collaborate with new developers joining the team.

-Document your technical work for team reference
Deliver clean – high-quality code.

Required Skills
-Experience in creating a public application
(significant advantage for those with experience – especially in Shopify apps – though not limited to that).

– A developer who has previously developed a marketplace is a big advantage.

-High English proficiency (written & verbal)

-Experience managing data.

The Perfect Candidate Will Also Have

-Web/graphic design skills.

-eCommerce experience (as a merchant or dropshipper).

-Experience with Shopify Polaris is a plus (https://polaris.shopify.com/).

-Strong organizational and project management skills.

-Experience with Slack – ClickUp – and Figma.

If we’re happy with your performance – we’ll continue working together for years – with plenty of room for raises and performance-based bonuses $$$ – The first 2 months will be a trial period at a lower rate to assess your skills and ensure you’re a good fit for the team – This is a full-time position – working 8 hours a day – Monday through Friday – Israel time .

Hourly Range: $5.00-$15.00
