We are looking for a Monday.com board where users can enter forms for both vacation day requests as well as excusals from mandatory overtime.

From a list of associates, which changes with attrition and hiring, maintain that no more than 10 (changeable parameter) associates may be off on any one day, with the approval going based on the employees balance of remaining vacation as well as being one of the first ten to request it. In the event a day is full and an associate cancels their time off request, open it back up but have the “winner” be based on their seniority, rather than first come first serve.

For overtime excusals, each associate gets three excusals per month, one of which can be a Saturday.

For overtime postings, we will post that we need 30 (changeable) associates, and if we don’t get the 30, we will go in inverse seniority until we do. Associates can sign up for this, but inverse seniority will ensure we get the full amount. The list available to be pulled from inverse seniority is based on the people who are off that day, off the day of the posting, not excused, and not on light duty.

We then want an output of who is required to work the overtime so we can post it and announce it.

Is this doable in Monday?
