Features of the app:
a) Enter data into the app and autogenerate an Excel timesheet using our template to be provided.
Here is the data to be entered into the app. Every single day we will be entering this information:
1. Date of work completed, start time of work, end time of work
2. Firecall number
3. Comment
4. Names of persons who worked (it will vary every day)
The app should then notify all people who worked on that day of the work completed. It should notify each person who worked that shift/day immediately after the data is entered into the app.
The app should then take the above data and autofill an Excel spreadsheet. We will provide the exact template for the Excel spreadsheet. We need the spreadsheet to calculate various pay rates including overtime, late night pay rate etc.
b) Our firefighting team members should be able to enter their availability calendar in another part of the app. Each team member should submit the days and times they are available every week to work. Similar to this: https://www.when2meet.com/?22010499-qEOcB
