I am looking to deploy a customisable mobile app template, modified for our unique needs. This simply needs to guide a smart phone user through 8 gates, where they make choices about which test sample they require, add their address for the test sample to be delivered, accept terms and conditions for the test, then after the testing is complete they re-engage with the app to say "testing satisfactorily" complete, then they accept terms of an advanced purchase order, and state what quantity and dimension of product they wish to order.  This may then integrate to my www.biosmi.world on-line store, so an order can be placed and credit card payments accepted. I am not looking for a ground up, built from scratch project, but to adapt something you may have already worked on, to meet the above criteria. If we can do the above as a "straw man" then we can talk about a more robust version for customer deployment.
