Hope your day is well. I am part of a student organization at the University of Houston. We would like to develop an app for our members to manage their membership. This includes a few specific tasks.

1. Upload their Resume (pdf) so we can store a database with their resumes.
2. Renew membership through the app/website ($30/ year)
3. Manage 3D print schedule and queue.
4. Vote on changes in the org.

How long would something like this take and is it possible for you to do this over time?
