Looking for an experienced app builder to help create a new app from start to finish. I’m looking to build an app that can track skincare routine.

For the app, what I’m looking for it to do is a few functions:

1- layout the order of steps which skincare product fall in.

2-take someone’s existing skin care routine and allow the ability to add in a new product. – should be able to scan barcodes/existing cosmetic database to populate details about the product
