We are looking for a skilled mobile app developer to build an app that will serve as a scorecard for assessing residential properties as potential investments for flipping. The app should provide users with an intuitive interface to input property details, calculate key metrics, and generate a comprehensive scorecard report. The main focus of the app is to evaluate the feasibility of properties based on various factors such as location, market trends, renovation costs, and potential resale value.

In the app we present questions with preset answers. Based on the answers a score is calculated using points and weight for each question. We store the correct location of the property and photos. A login is required. Output on screen or through a share option (whatsapp, outlook etc) or by creating a PDF file.

   Required skills:
   – Proficiency in mobile app development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter)
   – Experience in designing user-friendly interfaces
   – Strong knowledge of database management and data retrieval
   – Familiarity with property investment concepts

   This is a medium-sized project with an estimated duration of 1 to 2 months. We are seeking an intermediate-level developer who has prior experience in building similar mobile apps and possesses a solid understanding of property investment analysis.
