We are seeking a talented and responsible designer to join our team. We are looking for someone who can work primarily on our mobile application, with occasional tasks on our admin panel. This is a long-term position, and we are looking for someone who can consistently contribute to our team. Our designs are all on Figma.

Responsibilities:
– Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for our mobile application.
– Collaborate with our development team to create a seamless user experience.
– Occasionally work on the design of our admin panel.
– Adapt to changing requirements and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Ensure designs are aligned with our brand identity and guidelines.
– Take existing designs in Figma and continue developing them.
– Provide design solutions that are both user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in mobile app design (portfolio required).
– Proficiency in design tool Figma.
– Strong understanding of UX/UI principles.
– Ability to work during EST hours (7:00 – 15:00).
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
– Responsible and able to meet deadlines consistently.
– Flexibility to work 5-20 hours per week, depending on project needs.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with admin panel design.
– Familiarity with the coffee/restaurant industry.
