Our current project is focused on the pioneering field of Large Language Models (LLMs), aiming to redefine interaction and content generation in our sector. With a dedicated team of five professionals, we are on the lookout for a talented Mid-Senior Backend Engineer to expand our capabilities and help us push the boundaries of what’s possible.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js (with a focus on Typescript and/or JavaScript).
– Implement deployment orchestration strategies to ensure smooth and reliable deployments of our services across AWS or GCS environments.
– Collaborate with our AI/ML engineers to integrate backend services with our LLM technologies.
– Participate in code reviews, contribute to team discussions on technology choices, and share your knowledge to enhance team skills.
– Ensure high standards of security and data protection are maintained at all times.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Backend Engineer, with a strong background in Node.js (Typescript or JavaScript).
– Experience with deployment orchestration and managing cloud environments, specifically AWS or GCS.
– Familiarity with the AI/ML domain, particularly LLMs, is a plus.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
– Open to part-time involvement with the possibility of transitioning to full-time based on project needs and performance.

Hourly Range: $25.00-$30.00
