3. Automate the creation of tasks in Asana upon form submission, including relevant details from the form entry.
4. Ensure all integrations work seamlessly and efficiently to support various internal team processes.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand specific needs and customize forms and automations accordingly.
Qualifications:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Forms, SharePoint Lists, and Power Automate is essential.
2. Experience with creating and managing workflows that integrate Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Asana.
3. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot complex workflow issues.
4. Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly documenting processes and providing training as needed.
