1. Troubleshooting and guide.
Some register entries (Daily Prestart, Variation Approval, etc) are not displaying in the app. This is to be rectified. Please test all the form submissions and fix the ones that are not working. Some register names have been changed and the name changed to be reflected in the app (search list).
A guide to adding additional SharePoint registers and updating display names within the app is to be provided.

3.   Auto sequencing of documents
The user searches for a list of documents for a certain Job # on a certain date range. Users might either:
a.    Click Select All to select all the results.
b.    Click Select All and uncheck a few results.
c.    Individually select the results.
AND/OR
d.    Look for different lists for results and perform steps (a/b/c/d) and soon.
Based on the Search and Select, the PDFs should be automatically sequenced. Sequencing to start from 2.
This will save time in Screen 2 where users currently have to sequence the pdf’s manually. They should all be automatically selected and sequenced.

4.    Dynamic cover page generation and automatic placement.
A word template of a Dynamic Cover Page will be provided with a list of pre-determined fields such as “Project, Description, Project Site, Supervisor, Manager, Client Rep, and Job #. A screen should be built for the user to enter these. This will then populate in the Word template and be converted into a PDF which will be sequenced as 1 for the generated report. An example of the cover page template is below. For ease, a guide on how to add/remove/update the dynamic cover page questions in the app and the template to be provided.

5.   Automatic placement of feedback survey at the end.
We have a PDF document with a QR code that leads to a customer feedback survey. This PDF to automatically be sequenced as the very last PDF on the report. The actual feedback page will look different. As a guide, steps to update this page to be provided.
