As an engineer on our team, you will provide technical and design leadership for the team, collaborate with others, and use your understanding of Marketing, Sales and Support domains to help shape technical requirements and solutions. It is expected that you will use your technical knowledge and be able to operate in a high performing team, that you can creatively balance high quality delivery with customer focus to meet business needs, that you have excellent communication skills, and that you have a continuous record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Your primary focus is on the design and architecture of systems and components, and you will be expected to execute enough hands-on implementation work to remain current with technologies and trends.

Must have skills:
– 3+ years MuleSoft experience in transforming complex strategic business requirements into workable technology solutions
– Deep knowledge and insight into all aspects of Mulesoft API workflows and ecosystem
– 3 years of hands on experience designing and developing microservices
– 6+ years of experience planning, designing and developing platform software
– Proven track record in delivering and maintaining scalable solutions in the Marketing and Sales domain
– Salesforce, MuleSoft and backend integration experience
– At least 5 years of experience in Enterprise Integration/Middleware Solutions, API lifecycle management in building solutions and integration frameworks
– At least 5 years of experience in API Development and Strategy, Web services and workflows
– Extensive project experience with designing and implementing APIs using Mulesoft
– At least 2 years of experience in implementing API Security and Access Control (OAuth/SAML, Web SSO, SSL etc.)
– Knowledge of API best practices and performance tuning
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
– API Analytics – generation of custom reports and integration with external tools like Splunk
– Developer portal setup and customization
– Experience in API Administration
– Knowledge of build and deployment methodologies with Apigee across environments
– Strong knowledge of Mulesoft component architecture and implementation configurations
– Knowledge of health checks and monitoring procedures
– Experience both designing and implementing API led connectivity
– Well versed in using Dataweave 2.0 & building Munit test cases
– MS or BS in Science or Engineering

Nice to have skils:
– API-led development and ability to build interfaces using Messaging, Pub-Sub model & Databases
– Experience with integrating Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, Snowflake, Service Mesh, Fabric Architectures, Custom applications and other SaaS applications using MuleSoft
– Familiarity with dapr, Istio, Apache, Camel, Kafka is a plus
– Knowledge of data structure and data management practices (maps, caches, ETL).
– Hands-on experience in Microservices, API, Java 8, AWS Cloud Solutions, Springboot, ELK, API Gateway, Relational and/or NoSQL databases
– Understanding of concepts such as: security, high availability engineering, containerization, server less computing
– Implementation or working experience of Continuous Integration and Continues Delivery using tools and automation capabilities such as JUnit, Mocking, TestNG, Jenkins, Git, Stash and Jira
– Experience in Agile development, application design, software development, and testing
