I am looking for someone to build me a MEV Front Running Bit based on Ethereum Block Chain.

A few things before hand.

1. Delivery must be in solidity but could be Solidity and Json
2. Must have the ability to test on a testnet like Sepolia
3. Must have a low operational capital setup.

Open to questions.
