Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Website Manager to join our team on an ongoing basis, overseeing the backend management of our vibrant real estate member website. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating and maintaining a seamless user experience, ensuring that our platform remains at the forefront of the real estate industry. Key Responsibilities:
• Content Management: Efficiently add and manage content, ensuring the website remains fresh, informative, and engaging for our members.
• Plugin Updates and Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain all necessary plugins (including MemberPress, bbPress, BuddyPress, The Event Calendar) to ensure optimal performance and security of the website.
• Website Maintenance: Proactively manage the website’s backend, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues to ensure high availability and performance.
• Technical Optimization: Utilize your knowledge of WordPress, PHP MyAdmin, and CSS to enhance the website’s functionality, user experience, and overall design.

Qualifications:
• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in WordPress, PHP MyAdmin, CSS, and understanding of MemberPress, bbPress, BuddyPress, and The Event Calendar plugins.
• Experience: Proven track record of managing and optimizing member-based websites, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent diagnostic skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to creating a flawless user experience.
