I am in the email marketing space and am looking for a bot that can handle sending mass emails to leads that have opted in to receive info.

I have an idea of what the bot needs to run more or less but need a developer to put it together.

The bot or web based app I am looking for will do the following:

-Be able to handle sending at least 5M emails per week. Potentially more.
-Inbox and delivery rate need to be high so I understand in order to make that happen the bot will need to rotate out emails and proxies in order to keep the inbox rate up.
-The bot should automatically rotate out the email accounts and proxies after an address sends out 5-10 emails.
-The solution would have the ability to create email templates(not required but would like this)
-The solution needs to be able to provide me key statistics on engagement including open rate, delivery rate, click rate, region, etc.

If you have already developed a bot similar to what I have described I would be interested in speaking about tailoring it for my needs.

I would like to get this going as soon as possible and am willing to  pay a high salary or wage if you can make it fast.
