Design and develop high-quality, visually appealing marketing assets using Figma and Webflow.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and effective design solutions that meet client objectives.
Implement design changes and updates on Webflow websites, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Work on a variety of design projects including landing pages, email campaigns, social media graphics, and other digital marketing materials in collaboration with the whole team.
Conduct regular testing and optimization of Webflow websites to enhance performance and user engagement.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, providing valuable input and insights.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Webflow and Figma, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and development skills.
Understanding of marketing principles and how to design with a marketing mindset.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Availability to overlap with Canadian PST times for at least a few hours each day.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with adventure and destination brands.
Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for web design.
Familiarity with other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Previous experience working in a remote team environment.
