Our platform includes a web app, iOS app, and Android app that facilitate doctor-patient encounters, with recorded notes accessible via the web app. We need comprehensive testing to ensure a seamless user experience across all platforms.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Create and execute detailed test cases for our web and mobile applications.
– Perform manual testing to identify and document bugs, issues, and inconsistencies.
– Test core functionalities, including onboarding, login processes, and feature accessibility on both mobile and web platforms.
– Test different user roles and permissions to ensure correct access and functionality.
– Document and report all test results and issues on Trello.
– Collaborate with our development team to communicate findings and follow up on issue resolutions.

**Requirements:**
– Proven experience in manual testing for web and mobile applications.
– Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
– Familiarity with healthcare applications or similar platforms is a plus.
– Proficiency in using Trello for issue tracking and reporting.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
– Excellent communication skills for reporting issues and collaborating with the team.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
– Experience with both iOS and Android testing.
– Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and compliance.
– Familiarity with cross-browser and cross-device testing.

**Project Scope:**
– Test the web app and mobile apps (iOS and Android) thoroughly.
– Cover various scenarios, including different user logins and roles.
– Ensure all features, especially recording and note conversion, work flawlessly.
