We’re an expanding eCommerce brand seeking dedicated Country Managers for our upcoming Shopify stores in Germany and Sweden. The ideal candidate will implement the initial setup and potentially handle ongoing operations. Proficiency in both German and Swedish is a bonus, but not a requirement. We’re open to hiring individual managers for each country or a single manager who can handle both, depending on your skill set.
Responsibilities:
Store Setup and Management: Lead the setup of our Shopify store in Germany or Sweden, ensuring all elements are localized and optimized for the target market.
Translation & Localization: If able, handle or coordinate the translation of store content into German or Swedish, focusing on cultural relevance and accuracy.
Customer Service Management: Set up and possibly manage customer support, ensuring high-quality service in the local language.
Local Compliance: Knowledge of local eCommerce laws and regulations is a big plus, ensuring the store’s compliance.
Potential for Expanded Roles: After the initial setup, there’s potential for more responsibilities, such as marketing activities, influencer partnerships, etc.
Requirements:
Fluent in either German or Swedish, with both languages being a significant advantage.
Experience in managing eCommerce operations, preferably with Shopify.
Ability to handle translation, customer service, and ensure local compliance.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Proactive, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently.

Hourly Range: $20.00-$40.00
