# **Position Overview:**

In our mission to assist 1 million people in achieving financial freedom, we aspire for Rently Academy to become the ‘Netflix’ of online education courses. Currently expanding our offerings within the realm of financial independence, we are actively seeking a manager to help us develop our existing and future programs and implementing improvements across our various departments (especially on the marketing side).

# **Key Responsibilities:**

– Develop the program in new ads channels (youtube and google)
-Test constantly new funnels and offers
-Lead and mentor teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
– Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and strategies.
– Set Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Goals aligning with the company vision.
– Analyze internal operations and profits to identify areas of opportunity.

# **Results:**

– Work closely with content creation, media buying, coaching, customer service, and other departments to optimize our products and maximize profitability.
– Maintain a team culture aligned with the common goal of the founders.
– Set and achieve Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly goals aligned with roles and departments.
– Constantly communicate the vision of the founders to the team.

**Requirement**

-Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, operations, or as a CMO in the e-commerce, coaching, or SaaS industry.

Hourly Range: $15.00-$70.00
