We are looking to turn Notion into an ERP for our organization. Our goal is to map most of our business objects – from invoices, to projects, to receipts, etc. into Notion databases and then design processes around them.

Some of these processes should be automated using Make.com. We have already build some ourselves, however, the next stage are more complex and involve more advanced steps and data processing – such as generating PDFs or extracting data, turning it into spreadsheets and sending emails.

We are looking for help on
a) the automation of pre-defined and designed processes
b) optional but even better: ability to design processes and documenting them in Notion according to some high-level requirements
c) optional but even better: someone who learns and understands our business and does the process design themselves

a) to c) can also be seen as personal development steps in the collaboration.

The final result should be an operating system for our organization that is completely Notion-centered, with Notion as the single source of truth and process machine.

Hourly Range: $10.00-$30.00
