OVERVIEW
Williams Forrest is seeking a Senior Java Engineer with Magnolia CMS experience who is passionate about problem solving at scale. Our team solves problems and delivers premium results by working collaboratively to get things done.
• This is a remote contracted position
• Work hours —you’ll be empowered to manage your time & deliverables. We expect 10-15 hours per week to be the average but this will vary slightly.

YOU
Responsibilities/Qualifications include:
• 5+ years of experience on a development team utilizing agile methodologies, collaborating with technologists, creatives, project managers, and strategists
• Competency in Java is required for this role, and exposure Magnolia CMS is key, as is a deep understanding of associated computer science fundamentals: object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis
• Experience with unit and integration test tooling
• The ability to present the architectural design of a system to project team members and other stakeholders in clear, simple terms
• Demonstrated experience making well-reasoned decisions and assessing technical debt in complex development scenarios

Hourly Range: $60.00-$85.00
