• IT Leadership:
o Oversee the entire IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
o Implement and maintain IT security measures to protect sensitive data.
o Manage IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
o Solve current issues of vanel.tech
o Propose and achieve new features in vanel.tech
o Improve site security
o Needs to learn a lot ! Example : ETL process
• Business Development:
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Indian market.
o Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
o Hire part-time sales person WFH
o Supervise closely this person !
• Procurement / Logistics :
o Manage the procurement process for all goods proposed in vanel.tech
o Negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure optimal pricing and terms. First target : Ball bearings from Gujarat suppliers
o Same as business development : Hire freelancer or part-time employee
o Supervise this activity for now, currently managed by Mr Vanel remotely
o Find a rented warehouse in Gujarat
• Engineering:
o Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement new products and improve / update current database
o Oversee the product development lifecycle from conception to launch.
o We currently have 1 engineer (Mr Arbaz) as engineer, but it is not enough for sure
o We currently import products from external sources, but later we will create our own
• Digital Marketing:
o Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
o Utilize SEO, PPC, and social media marketing to generate leads and sales.
o Same principle : Can be freelancer, or external company
• General Management:
o Manage the day-to-day operations of the India site.
o Oversee the budget and ensure financial performance.
o Learn basics of management !
o Needs later our own « small » accountant
o Forecast current expenses
Details :
• Salary equivalent to 1 200 USD / month
• 3 months as freelancer, if success, work contract with Vanel Tech India
• Working hours 40 hrs … or more if necessary, normally no weekends
• All conditions following Indian labour laws
• WFH 100 %
