Deposed Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro is set to make the first court appearance since his stunning capture on Jan 5 at noon in a lower Manhattan courtroom. Maduro and his wife, first lady Cilia Flores, have been indicted in the U.S. for alleged narco-terrorism conspiracy, cocaine importation conspiracy and weapons offenses.
