We are looking for a low/no-code developer experienced with tools like Zapier or Make.com to migrate and integrate data from HubSpot CRM to Microsoft Planner. The aim is to streamline task management by creating seamless data transfers and ensuring synchronization between the platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Migrate and map key data fields from HubSpot CRM to Microsoft Planner.
Use tools like Zapier or Make.com to set up the integration, ensuring efficient task synchronization.
Accurately map fields such as Deal Name, Deal Stage, Close Date, and more between the platforms.
Provide detailed documentation of the integration process.
Offer post-migration support to resolve any issues.

Required Skills:
Experience with low/no-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make.com).
Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and Microsoft Planner.
Strong understanding of API integrations.
Attention to detail in data mapping and migration.
