My company has a few websites, all in WordPress, that require regular maintenance.  I am looking for an experienced website and WordPress professional who can help manage the backend of the website including security fixes, website maintenance, database updates, backup, etc.  Ideally, the freelancer can also help us brainstorm and shape the technology options. If there are development skills, then that would be a good add-on as we are thinking of developing some features in our existing sites as well as working on new sites.

We are seeking an individual (or a firm) who can grow with us. The individual must have a verifiable track record on Upwork, fluent in English, able to meet in the US Eastern Time zone (New York City) occasionally.

1. What is your experience with WordPress, esp. Divi Themes and other database and/or development skills?
2. What is your availability if we need to speak in real-time?
3. References, esp. sites that you provide current maintenance.
4. An estimate on the number of hours per month. We currently have four sites.

As this job is for the long term, we want to find someone we can develop trust and work with.  We will conduct interviews with a shortlist of candidates.
