Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of enhancing and optimizing critical service delivery processes such as order management, assurance, and orchestration. Your expertise in ServiceNow will be pivotal in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions that drive process improvement and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions to enhance service delivery processes.
Optimize and automate processes related to order management, assurance, and orchestration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using REST APIs and other integration methods.
Implement and manage DevOps practices including CI/CD for ServiceNow development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
Expertise in REST API development and integration.
Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and automation in a ServiceNow environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with additional ServiceNow modules and features.
Familiarity with other scripting languages or development frameworks.
Understanding of ITIL processes and methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
