The ideal candidate is a self-motivated multi-tasker and a demonstrated team-player. We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic person who can take the lead and get things done. You will be responsible for developing our open source components and writing code to support the project’s rapid growth, while testing new ideas from our developer community.

You will work closely with the founders, product team, and other developers at the company. In addition, you will be a mentor for new developers.

Key Responsibilities:

Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and services to support rapid growth and innovation.
DevOps: Implement and manage DevOps practices, including Docker, Kubernetes, and other tools to ensure efficient and reliable deployments.
Project Leadership: Lead development efforts, manage project timelines, and deliver high-quality code.
Collaboration: Work closely with the founders, product team, and other developers to plan, design, and execute projects.
Mentorship: Mentor and guide new developers, providing support and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field)
5+ years of hands-on coding experience
Expertise in Object Oriented Design, Database Design
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or DevOps (advantage)
Nice to Have:

Experience with open source projects and community engagement.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
