We are looking for an experienced AI chatbot developer for laptop repairing company. Following is the detailed description:-
1) Chatbot can handle FAQs and basic customer queries.
2) Voice commands and image upload capabilities: Users can submit voice inputs or error screenshots, which will be converted to text, enabling the AI to provide appropriate resolutions. Additionally, users click the photo of the broken laptop and upload it, the AI chatbot will give the reason and the resolution to fix this problem
3) Database Integration: The AI chatbot will be connected to an internal database for active learning and to provide support for Customer Service Officers (CSOs).
4) CSOs will have access to a backend portal where they can log in and query the AI chatbot for answers to customer inquiries.
5) The AI will retrieve information from the database, allowing customers or CSOs to input complaint numbers and receive the status updates directly from the database.
6) Role: The AI will function as an instructor for backend engineers and technicians.
7) It will provide step-by-step guidance on handling various queries and processes.
8) Engineers and technicians can ask the AI specific questions and receive tailored answers.
9) The AI will generate comprehensive reports and analytics for both historical and predictive maintenance.
10) Users can request data for specific time periods, such as the past six months or projections for the next six months, and the AI will deliver the relevant information accordingly. For example, the user will ask "What is the sales data for the past 6 months?" or "What is the prediction of the sales data for the next 6 months?"
