Dashl is a Swedish beauty brand which developes and sells its own makeupproducts via our own eccom dashlbeauty.com.

We are looking for a skilled Shopify & Klaviyo expert with a strong background in ecom optimization, Klaviyo integration, and eCommerce conversion and marketing automation. Our goal is to enhance the performance and ux of our Shopify store, improve customer engagement, and boost sales through all of the above and SEO and marketing automation.

What we need to get done:

Shopify Speed Optimization:
* Conduct a comprehensive review of all third-party apps on our Shopify store.
* Identify essential apps that contribute to our sales, SEO, and overall store performance.
* Remove unnecessary apps to reduce load times and enhance user experience.
* Klaviyo Integration & Popups:
Transition existing popups from Personizely to Klaviyo.
Create segmented popups based on user behavior, such as sign-up status.
* Develop customized email campaigns via Klaviyo that connect with customers’ shopping and browsing habits on DashlBeauty.com.

Theme Improvement:
* Optimize or suggest a new theme to improve site aesthetics and functionality.
* Make the "Buy" button visible without requiring users to hover over the product image.
* Design dedicated landing pages for each product shade.
* Ensure the correct products appear in the "Pair it with" section.
* Display star reviews on the collection page.
* Implement sales campaigns at checkout, such as "Buy 3, Pay for 2" or "Buy 2, Get 1 Free."

Shopify & Klaviyo Analytics:
* Enhance the connection between Shopify and Klaviyo to track more events, including conversion rates, sessions, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
*Utilize heatmaps (via Microsoft Clarity) to gain insights and further optimize the store.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience with Shopify and Klaviyo integrations.
* Strong understanding of eCommerce marketing strategies.
* Ability to optimize Shopify themes and improve site performance.
* Experience with heatmap analysis tools like Microsoft Clarity.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
