We are a U.S.-based company, looking for an experienced developer for a 3-6 months project. We are going to revamp the look and feel of some of our Web-based as well as desktop-based products.

Key responsibilities:

– Responsible for creating a functional implementation of a product’s interface and a delightful onboarding flow for users on existing and new applications
– Define interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications
– Designs for various sections in the landing page – verticals, users, Collaboration, Content, Insights etc.
– Design for user and service pages

Deliverables:

– High-Fidelity Prototype: An interactive prototype showcasing the user experience and functionality. Suitable for our marketing site and development handover.
– Design Assets: Icons, illustrations, and UI components, delivered in a developer-friendly format.
– Design Specifications: Detailed documentation on layout, typography, and interactive elements.
– Responsive Designs: Consistent designs across devices, ensuring usability.
– Revision Rounds: Iterative revisions based on feedback and testing.
– Handover Session: Insights into design decisions and developer guidance.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a portfolio showcasing projects and a strong understanding of design principles.
– Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
– Experience conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
– Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
– A passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a drive to continuously improve and innovate.

High fidelity prototype delivered by end of April
