Responsibilities:

Game Developer:
– Identify, attract, and engage top game development talent.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.
– Screen and evaluate candidates to determine their qualifications and fit for open positions.
– Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and potential candidates.
– Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in game development with a portfolio of completed projects.
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
– Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of game design principles.
– Experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the gaming industry.
– Strong understanding of the game development lifecycle and industry trends.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proven ability to build relationships and networks.
