We are looking for an experienced App Growth Manager to join our team. Your primary role will be to develop and implement strategies to increase our app’s sales through both free and paid plans.

This position requires a detailed plan outlining budget requirements to ensure cost-effective and successful growth.

1. Develop and execute an ASO strategy to improve our app’s visibility and rankings in app stores.
2. Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to optimize app listings.
3. Implement and monitor paid marketing campaigns, including Apple Search Ads and Google Ads.
4. Analyze and report on the performance of ASO efforts and paid campaigns.
5. Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to align ASO efforts with overall business goals.
6. Provide a comprehensive plan detailing the necessary budget and resources required for successful execution.
6. Explore and recommend profit-sharing models to align incentives with app growth.

Hourly Range: $15.00-$30.00
