We are looking for one friendly Zoho developer to add to our law firm team. You will work with other developers and staff members to brainstorm, build, measure and optimize all company assets.

Requirements:
– Efficient use of English
– Zoho One and Deluge knowledge and experience
– Windows or Mac for active computer productivity tracking

Responsibilities:
– Constant availability via messaging, audio, and video conferencing during working hours
– Reasonable availability after-hours for questions and/or office emergencies
– Solve real business problems with technical solutions
– Use of experience, knowledge of Zoho, and business practices to participate in collaboration for building, measuring and optimizing Zoho, and other company assets
– Develop and optimize all Zoho One applications and propose and develop other solutions when Zoho One applications are insufficient
– Use API connections to systematize and optimize office flow
– Clean and maintain database records including deduplication and duplicate prevention via excel and scripting
– Streamline workflows and automation
– Maintain RingCentral or other phone systems and optimize or build API connections and functionality from scratch
– Analyze company workflow and propose and build KPI dashboards and reports for various team leaders and team members
– Optimize Zoho blueprints, pipelines and workflows
– Integrate various Zoho one applications
– Find ways to integrate data via web scrapping or database upload scheduling
– Train and measure office staff
– General office support and management, including but not limited to IT projects as needed
– Be flexible and dynamic as the company needs to evolve

Qualifications:
– 3+ years of experience with Zoho One and Deluge scripting
– API use familiarity
– Excel and data management skills
– Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
– Strong communication skills
– Strong attention to detail
– Honest, friendly and enthusiastic
– Long-term availability
– Exclusive availability during office hours (the only other boss you should have is your spouse)

Hourly Range: $15.00
