We are looking for a ready made learning managment system and an app with it

we need the LMS to have the following :
– english language quizzes and learning games
– courses where students read a lecture and answer quizzes under it
– live classes embeded in the dahsboard of students
– full dashboard and managment system

programming languages required :
html , css , bootstrap , php , pdo , laravel , mysql , Javascript , ajax , api

duration of project : 3 months

if you have a readily made system , we will require the following :
– firstmilestone where you hand over the code and the full break down and expantion of the code
– second milestone will be for training our developers on the code and answering their questions , we will require your help to make changes and add to the LMS .
– third milestone is final changes are done with your help and support and full hand over and control is with us .
