MyFedTrainer is a growing virtual training provider that recently moved to a new Learning Management System platform (LearnWorlds) to conduct all our virtual training courses. As we transition to the new site, we are seeking support to help troubleshoot issues related to the website (integrated onto LearnWorlds site), provide technical assistance support, coach the team on using the platform, provide our team with an understanding of how to build out other tools to fully use the platform, and potentially provide guidance in building out other courses using AI and other tools.

LearnWorlds Specialist Consultant Skills
– Experience providing technical assistance support for LearnWorlds and other LMS platforms (including user registration, connectivity, integrations, etc.).
– Experience with website updates and making changes in the LearnWorlds platform.
– A deep understanding of how to use LearnWorlds and provide recommendations and support to build out our website and related tools on the platform.
– Instructional design related to virtual training preferred, but not required.
– Timeliness and responsiveness to questions as they arise.

Hourly Range: $20.00-$35.00
