China is reportedly developing a compact stealth cruise missile designed specifically to fit inside the internal weapons bays of its fifth-generation J-20 and J-35 fighters. Reports based on technical design material say the missile would allow both aircraft to preserve a low-observable profile until launch, combining long stand-off reach with stealthier carriage than externally mounted weapons.
