Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to enhance and optimize our mental coaching platform, MindSet Management. Our goal is to create a more seamless, interactive, and engaging experience for our users. The platform currently operates on Buddy Boss with WordPress, but we aim to integrate features from leading platforms like Mighty Networks, TrainHeroic, and Healthy Gamer.

Project Overview:

MindSet Management is a mental coaching platform that provides users access to Mind.Body.1.’s unique mental coaching methods. Our company combines psychology and cognitive science with practical applications across fitness, education, and business. Our clients include billion-dollar organizations, professional athletes, military personnel, and law enforcement.

We offer the following services through our platform:
– 1:1 Mental Coaching Services (via video messaging, direct messaging, video conferencing, and more)
– Group Mental Coaching Services
– Organizational Access
– Livestreams/Webinars
– Asynchronous Video Chat
– Mental Performance Programs
– Courses and Educational Video Library
– Tools and Resources for mental performance enhancement

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Platform Integration:**
   – Integrate community features similar to Mighty Networks.
   – Implement programming features akin to those found on fitness platforms like TrainHeroic.
   – Incorporate mental health coaching functionalities inspired by Healthy Gamer.

2. **User Experience (UX) Enhancement:**
   – Ensure a seamless, user-friendly interface for both coaches and clients.
   – Develop and enhance dashboards for personalized coaching experiences.
   – Improve the interactivity and engagement within group sessions and organizational access.

3. **Feature Development:**
   – Develop and enhance 1:1 coaching features, including asynchronous video messaging, direct messaging, and conference calls.
   – Optimize group coaching services with live stream and webinar capabilities.
   – Create and manage a library of courses and educational videos.

4. **Technical Skills Required:**
   – Strong experience with WordPress and Buddy Boss.
   – Proficiency in full stack development including front-end and back-end technologies.
   – Experience with API integrations and platform scalability.
   – Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.

5. **Preferred Experience:**
   – Experience working with mental health or fitness-related platforms.
   – Familiarity with the needs of high-performance clients, such as athletes or corporate teams.
   – Ability to work closely with an interdisciplinary team to translate mental coaching methods into practical platform features.
