We’re in search of a seasoned and creative Lead Web Design Specialist to become an integral part of our dynamic team. As a Lead Web Design Specialist, you’ll take charge of crafting visually captivating and user-friendly websites that effectively convey our clients’ messages and elevate their online presence. Your role will involve close collaboration with both clients and internal teams, where you’ll grasp project goals, conceptualize design ideas, and transform them into captivating website designs.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to grasp project objectives, target audience, and brand essence.
Generate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that adeptly communicate design concepts and user interactions.
Craft responsive website layouts to ensure seamless user experiences across various devices like desktops, tablets, and mobiles.
Employ industry-standard design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Sketch to produce top-notch designs.
Stay abreast of emerging design trends, techniques, and technologies to consistently enhance the quality and innovation of our designs.
Forge strong collaborations with front-end developers to ensure precise implementation of designs and uphold design integrity throughout the development lifecycle.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs iteratively based on user insights.
Offer guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and inventive work ambiance.
Communicate effectively with clients, presenting design concepts and rationale convincingly and transparently.
Ensure adherence to web accessibility standards and best practices to cultivate inclusive and accessible digital experiences.

Hourly Range: $15.00-$30.00
