We are on the lookout for a Lead Next.js/Node.js Developer who is not only adept at building high-performance web applications but also specializes in Azure cloud infrastructure and sophisticated payment integration solutions. This role is pivotal in driving our digital transformation initiatives, focusing on creating seamless, secure, and scalable financial transaction platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

-Design, develop, and maintain advanced web applications using Next.js and Node.js, ensuring top-notch performance and user experience.
-Lead the deployment of applications in Azure cloud environments, optimizing for scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
Spearhead the integration of cutting-edge payment solutions, ensuring compliance with global financial standards and encryption protocols.
-Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Azure DevOps, enhancing development efficiency and product reliability.
Collaborate in the design and execution of a robust microservices architecture, ensuring modular, maintainable, and high-performing solutions.
-Innovate by integrating AI-based features and machine learning models to personalize user experience and automate complex financial processes.
-Engage in proactive problem-solving related to system scalability, data integrity, and security concerns.
Lead a team of developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation.
-Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in web development, cloud computing, and FinTech.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
-At least 5 years of experience in full-stack development, with extensive expertise in Next.js and Node.js.
-Demonstrated experience with Azure cloud services, including deployment, monitoring, and scaling applications.
-Proficient in implementing secure and efficient payment gateways, with a deep understanding of financial compliance.
-Expertise in building and managing CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
Strong foundational knowledge in designing microservices architectures and RESTful API development.
-Experience in AI and machine learning is a strong plus.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Hourly Range: $15.00-$50.00
